Quoting Weinberger:
“Our biggest joint undertaking as a species is working out splendidly, but only because we forgot to apply the theory that has guided us ever since the pyramids were built. Whether we’ve thought of it explicitly or not, we all tacitly recognize – it’s part of the Web’s common sense – that what’s on the Web was put there without permission.”

..the Web is changing bedrock concepts such as space, time, perfection, social interaction, knowledge, matter and morality.”

Most decision makers have grown up when this had not yet unfolded – small wonder it takes time to adjust. But an increasing part of customers are natives and many more immigrants are arriving.
