Tom Glocer on Facebook

Read this in BW: "Unless one interacts with and plays with a leading technology of the age" he wrote in a post defending the time he spends on Facebook, "it is impossible to dream the big dreams, and difficult to create an environment in which creative individuals will feel at home."

I could not agree more - still there are many executives who seem to consider themselves above all this. It is about time to start rethinking. The future cannot be predicted - it has to be created - the longer you postpone starting to test it out - the more difficult decision making and also  hype-avoidance will be. Catching up invariably means huge projects. Huge projects usually equals huge problems.

It is time for learning just in time - by doing.
